PLACING ORDER
These are the terms and conditions on which we do business for goods ordered through this website. These terms and conditions are designed to set out clearly our responsibilities and your rights.
You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "order") by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:

- Enter delivery address details
- Enter billing address details
- Confirmation of order
Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your order contains a series of offers for each product individually. On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process.
This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number, details of the goods ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods.
We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any offers. Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for despatch.
An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and send you an order despatch email which includes details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the order despatch email. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract for a product which is despatched.
All prices and charges on the website are in the relevant currency for the region selected at the top right hand corner of the website and in USD $ on our Rest of World site. Delivery charges will be applied based on the delivery address chosen and these will be displayed in the order process
Pictures, illustrations or descriptions or any other information submitted or contained in this website or other advertising matter are for general information and guidance. There may be minor variations between the goods as shown or described on our website and those dispatched to you without affecting their function, quality or price.
USE LICENSE
You may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
DELIVERY
Timescales and charges for delivery vary depending on the products ordered, your delivery address and country, and the delivery services available.
The ordered goods will be delivered to the address entered by you. If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date, a place to collect the goods, or returned to depot/post office.
When the products are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order, all risk including of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you.
We shall be under no liability for any failure to deliver products when specified if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

DrippieLAND LLC may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
DELAYS
We will make every effort to keep you informed should supply of your product(s) be prevented or delayed for reasons beyond our control.
We shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure of products being delivered when originally specified.
SUBSCRIBE
By adding a subscribe you are giving permission for DrippieLAND LLC to opt you into all communications including but not limited to email, SMS, WhatsApp communications, and notifications. If you decide at whatever stage to opt out of marketing communications then any subscriber offers are not valid and will not be applied to your purchase. You may opt back in at anytime by accepting subscriber offers or changing your preferences.
